Red Gables Deli isn’t just your ordinary deli shop, it’s a place where kindred spirits meet to share stories and explore fresh, top-quality, and locally-sourced food with smiles and great enthusiasm.

I am Jan, owner and operator of Red Gables Deli. I was born in a small farming community in Holland and moved to Canada in 1996. Coming from a family of farmers, I continued my family’s legacy. I spent my years honing my skills and knowledge in farming. I owned a dairy farm from 1996 and have built long-lasting relationships with the farming community here in Alberta that is built on loyalty, trust, and a common vision. I decided to establish Red Gables Deli not only to provide high-quality farm products that friends and family can enjoy but also to connect more with people and share my life experiences as a farmer and an enthusiast, as well.
